About Myself

A skin problem I had suffered from for a decade cleared up within weeks after seeing a Kinesiologist, taking the appropriate supplements, making some life style changes and working on some negative self beliefs.

This extraordinary first hand experience with Kinesiology inspired me to become a Kinesiologist myself in order to make this fantastic bio feedback system more available to others.

Sabine Humphreys

A lifelong keen interest in meditation, holistic healing, alternative medicine and personal growth has brought me in contact with many different schools of thought and teachings in England, Germany, U.S.A., France and India providing me with a firm foundation and understanding of myself and others. I like to think of myself as a sensitive, caring and down-to-earth person with a healthy sense of humour.

Born in Berlin, I have lived in England for many years, and am currently living in Brighton.

Qualifications

Diploma in Systematic Kinesiology (advanced level Professional Diplomate)

ITEC Diploma Anatomy & Physiology (distinction), Diploma in Nutrition, regular First Aid refreshers

I am fully insured and registered with AK (Kinesiology Association) and regularly attend post graduate professional trainings.

Training in Homeopathy, Reiki, Reflexology, Polarity Massage, Meditation, Voice Dialogue
